Spa treatment

Hi all
I am looking into going for a spa treatment from a place I have been too before. I don't want to do wowchwr as I have had a bad experience with them as I was turned away from the spa due to health issues. Although other places I have been too have been fine with it.
So this place j am thinking of going to I have been before for a facial. I got it as a reduced price through the works social club.
Now I am thinking of going tomorrow and I have been debating weather to get a facial or to the absolute spa treatment..the facial costs £80-90 for a one hour treatment whereas the absolute spa treatment is a facial and also a full body massage and it's £145 and two hours long. They also use elemis products.
.I am not sure if it's worth that amount of money but the spa is very modern clean and also well kept and if is also dark in the room with candles so makes it a relaxing space. I have seen some spas that are just a bed in the room and they do the treatment with bright light which puts me off.
I am thinking that for a two hour treatment I have to work two full days at work for this. I do have the funds but I am thinking in back of mins it is alot

Not a very MSE response, but if you have the money why not treat yourself? It sounds wonderful. As they say, "there are no pockets in shrouds".1

Does the absolute spa treatment give you the use of the facilities as well? If you get a day using the pool, at the gym or a relaxing room just chilling out it’s more worth it than if it is literally just two hours. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -

So it's really up to you.
Would you get a full day's work benefit from a full body massage?
Personally, I'd choose to pay an extra £65.00 or £55.00 for an extra hour of body massage.
And will it cost you money to travel to the spa?
Perhaps you should factor that cost in too.
