Novitas Loans No Action Required

My mother keeps getting a letter from Novitas Loans relating to a Mortgage Interest claim which was stopped by my late father before his death in 2020.Is this anything to worry about?
Is there anything she can do to stop these letters?

Nothing to worry about and no action needed.
They can't stop sending the letters as they would be in breach.
She can bin them if she wishes. Or you could change the address to yours.1 -

No. It's not her debt.
