IOF vs anything else in the winter?

So I'll be getting a GE AIO + a further 3.4kw worth of panels (making a total of 6.6 kw)
I don't yet have an EV yet either
In such a situation would it still be worth continuing to be on IOF? Or would agile be better given that GivEnergy hook into Octopus' API to only "download" at the cheapest times?
If I get an EV, would it then be better to use IOF between say March and September and IOG between say October and February?

With an A-i-O I'd go for Agile for import and export. With the automation to buy cheap/sell dear you should be rolling in cash!0
