Having a nightmare with DPD though delivering my Hotel board game from last month though. They tried delivering it whilst I was away but didn't give me the chance to rearrange redelivery instead they took it to a shop 20 miles away and an hour each way using 2 buses each way. Last day for collecting was the day we came home so it was too late to go and pick it up. DPD refused to do anything and said it would have to be returned. Contacted John Adams leisure who have agreed to send it out again when they get it back. Only problem now is last day for me to collect was 30th January but tracking still shows it as being at Swansea DPD depot since 5th Feb and we go away again Saturday for 2 weeks. Had to contact John Adams again who have made a note not to send it out until we get back but think it's ridiculous that DPD refuse to redeliver it and would rather take it all the way back to Huntingdon which is miles away. They also refused to give us contact details of their local depot.
