Can't Find Account Number for DMP

Hi all,
Hope you are all keeping your chins up at this time of year.
I am filling out account numbers etc for a DMP with step change. The issue is that paypal only use email accounts as the account number. this is world wide and of course the box on SC will not allow email address to be entered. has any of you good people come upon this and found a work around.

Don`t rush into debt management too soon.
If this is a PayPal credit debt, wait until they assign the debt to a debt collector, usually Moorcroft or the like.
The DCA will attach a reference number to the account and will then write to you asking for payment.
