A No Spend Day Today as far as bits and pieces are concerned – nothing new or shocking there then – hooray.
Today have been reading and doing the seed order from my favourite seed and plant catalogue. Probably will post that off tomorrow. Cost comes from the gardening budget.
Will be growing two potatoes in 2008, an early salad type called ‘Charlotte’ and the good old favourite 'King Edward' – hooray. The veggies will be just the good old standards…tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, peas, lettuce, broccoli, leeks and so on…how wonderful.

A lovely NSD yesterday, but I'm still stuffed. Thought about going for a run this morning then changed my mind

Hi PaP - I know I'm late, but I only just saw the Christmas day thread. :rotfl:
I did wonder if someone actually would start the thread - possibly one of our Scottish friends as there were shops open on Christmas day - but I'm really pleased to see that you started it.
I can, in all honesty, state that the only thing that I spent, on Christmas Day, was time with my family. Didn't even log on to MSE - that is an admission.
Happy New Year to you all.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
