Took a long time to submit but eventually it did

I may be sad, but at least I know it.

I timed this to see how long it would take to submit. I gave up after and hour (I wasn't sat there watching it). Then I tried again using an incognito window, and this time I didn't tick to opt out. It submitted within a minute. BTW, I also said I got it from a friend, as that's, sort've true - we're all pals here, ain't we?
