You can buy mine, got a lovely purse up for just a couple of quid 😂
Seriously though, any questions just ask us, I think it'll be such a good addition to your pots/speeding up debt paying if you already have decent bits you know you can sell.
Good on you for your thinking about ways to be even more mse!1 -
I've sold on 3bay, and buy quite a bit from there and V!nt3d. It's easy enough to do, and the app is straightforward, just a PITA in terms of admin time (totally agree re choosing a courier you can most easily access, the RM collect from door was simplest for me). I ended up setting myself a minimum profit for the faff, so anything that doesn't come up in guidance as likely to sell for enough or doesn't sell after one relisting goes in the charity shop bag instead. I think better known brands are easier to sell (eg LKB generally sold, but a more expensive niche brand didn't) and I always took photos of front, back, label, pattern up or decoration up close, care label, and any defects in good light and on a decent looking hanger, usually just hung over a plain door.

Hi everyone
Rather late to post an update this week - I was away most of last week with work, only returning on Friday and it was my birthday at the weekend so no time to do anything really. I am off this week though.
Not much to report on the money saving side - everything ticking along. We have set a separate budget for this week to include my birthday and various other outings and socialising escapades. That has been moved to a separate account which we have a card for so that is very easy to keep separate.
We are going to have a really detailed review over the late bank holiday weekend. We have five months of this project and it's going fairly well but we are probably ready to push on a bit - we have three months until September when we are not doing much beyond normal seeing of friends/family and therefore an opportunity to maybe have a tighter 3 months money wise and see where we are at the end of August. I'll see how the figures look and we'll go from there.
Despite being away for four days last week with work, I didn't buy anything extra and so work paid for pretty much everything - no drive thru coffees at all as I have cemented the habit of making a coffee at whatever office I am in and taking it home with me.

Really impressed with you vanquished the coffee habit! 😃1

Excellent work on coffee! Definitely an area I could improve in, although I have reduced it a bit and use a free one from Octopus every week too which saves me a few quid!1

Chiming in a bit late but I use v1nted for clothes, FB marketplace for almost everything else as it's free and usually local people wanting it all. We make a fair bit on there getting rid of stuff in our de-cluttering moments. Also use e Bay for small items that are easily posted, can't be bothered with it for big stuff though.
