SKY are insisting that a debt was generated after my bankruptcy. But it was generated because they didn't stop charging me. I didn't take out a new contract. It has been passed to debt recovery who are insisting that I should have OR issued paperwork that lists SKY in the bankruptcy. I have my order but that does not list any debts.
I think this debt is included in the bankruptcy. Am I right?

There are two definitions of a bankruptcy debt
The second definition talks about a debt occurring after your bankruptcy date by reason of an obligation occurring before that date

Tell them that you will defend any action by them on that basis2
