Depends on who you signed up with and what the deal was?

I don't have a clue and I suspect without knowing what mortgage company and what's the cashback for no-one else will.

Are you saying that you're looking for a mortgage that offers cashback?

Yes, I am looking a broker/website that offers cashback for me to sign up Barclays 2 years fixed rate 4.81%
  • If you have a Barclays current account, I think you can sign up for Barclays Blue Rewards and get £3 per month for having a mortgage with them - is that the sort of thing you meant? Note it costs £5 a month to join, but as long as you have two direct debits you get £5 per month back

Not clear exactly what you are looking for but:

If you are an existing Barclays borrower, rate is 4.81%, no cashback

If you are looking to move your mortgage to Barclays from another Lender you can obtain 4.69% with £350 cash back.

Or to put it another way, any cashback is going to be part of the advertised product - not something you can negotiate to be thrown in by the lender.

Brokers do not really offer cashback.

Unless you were looking at a sort of £700-800k plus mortgage, its not worth it (in my opinion).
In addition we also have regulation to contend with, if we offer cashback to one customer there is then the argument that we are not treating customers fairly unless we offer it to all customers... So quite a few headaches involved.

The moneysavingexpert said Barclays has £150 cashback.
