Argos sale 360 games bug?

Looking at the 2 for £35 games, I added 2 of the cheaper games that had an additional reduction against them.

Anyway to cut a long story short I got 2 of the games for a total of £25 beating www.find-games.com prices by a few quid.

Far Cry Instincts Predator - Xbox 360. 568/2337 1£5.01 Sonic the Hedgehog - Xbox 360. 568/2289 1£19.99 Total: £25.00

Unless you're going to buy online, I don't know what the instore computers will do to this offer but I hope it helps someone

Good spot Irsys - I can confirm that there is something weird happening with their 2 for £35 offer. I tried a few combinations and I've managed to get the following two for £17.50!

Fifa 07 - Xbox 360 (£12.49 if bought by itself)
Sonic the Hedgehog - Xbox 360 (£19.99 if bought by itself)

This is the lowest combo price I've found so far - unfortunately, they weren't the ones I want!

EDIT: just found the thread on the 'other site' where people have managed to find even more interesting results - the best one being 4 copies of Pro Evo Soccer 6 for £0 - although you've got to wonder if it will be honoured if you reserve it for in-store collection!

Please note that our prices change, sometimes on a daily basis.
The price you pay is the price in store on the day you collect your items.

Depends if their instore system has the same bug I guess.

My only advice would be to check the glitch is still working online before you set off to the store - if it isn't, don't bother.
Though if it is, then it's worth a punt. Though if it doesn't work on the till system then they can access the website at the tills, then it will be down to the manager descretion.

Same with DS games managed 5 for 30.00 1 at 14.99 1 at 5.01 and 1 at 9.99 bet it will be different when I pick up tomorrow.

Hey, Cause i only really want one game, rainbow six, i found a game that was out of stock at my store and added it to the basket with rb6vegas. it came up with £10.01 for rb6 and said the other item £19.99 is out of stock so i can reserve rb6 for £10.01. I was wondering if it would be wiser goin to quick pay machine rather than the desk to pay??

Absolutely - I NEVER go to the desk for reserved items, but in this case I think you should expect that the price will be £24.99 for RB6. You could always argue the toss though, but you need a very pliable manager to get away with it.

Just a mention that I have bought Sonic the hedgehog Xbox360 for £9.99 at Comet. It is woth checking on-line as they had loads really cheap. Good luck.
