Tesco mobile 60110 messages

Hello hope you can help, I have just taken a contract with Tesco mobile on my iPhone SE 3rd generation and my text to Tesco 60110 are not delivering, do I need to do anything to my settings/contract thanks in advance

 Those numbers are barred on my phone I'm with EE. They are barred because I set and overspend limit of £0. My standard unlimited texts do not include premium rate texts same with premium rate phone calls.

I'm with O2, and 5 digit numbers go through with no problems.
I set a monthly limit of £10.
If you contact your provider they will probably sort it for you.

You might find that Tesco mobile do not support short code texting and that is why you cannot send. Many of the providers that piggyback the main mobile providers do not allow short code texting

Thank you I have now sorted the phone out with a £10 monthly limit as suggested, I can now send messages thanks again for everyones help
