a) Tickets will be provided by Giants Live.

b) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

c) Tickets valid on the dates stated only – non-transferable.

d) All runners up must confirm their preferred ticket date at least two weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

e) Neither Channel 5 nor Giants Live will accept responsibility for any elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

f) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

g) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

h) Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

i) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

j) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the events, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
