Can a married woman of 77 who had child still in full time education ,in SCOTLAND ,but over the age of 16 years, claim for HRP credit and paying A rate national insurance
Have received letter from HM Revenue & Customs saying child must be under 16 years.
On watching a Martin Lewis money programme I thought he stated if child ,even over 16, but still in full time education a claim might be made.

I thought this was the case until I saw the Money show when Martin Lewis said if child up to 20 possibly ,and still in full time education could be eligible for HRP. if you are still receiving family allowance.0
