Click on accounts and lists and then Prime membership, if you've signed up then you can cancel it there."You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "1

Hi
On your link, there's an option for Prime:Try before you buy. (I've never had this so can't really give spefific help for it)
During your purchase, they've also offered you a free trail of Amazon Prime. They are two different things. You've confused them both I think
If you have accidentally signed up for the trial of Amazon Prime or anything - check your account under 'your Prime Membership' or 'Your Subscriptions'. There will be an option to cancel.

Ah subscriptions, that may do it. Thanks.OK so that's not obvious anywhere/ Tried to search for customer forums, subscription was not applicable to what you may have. This is why I stopped using this site and it's exasperating.

They do also send you an email if you have signed up to Prime - deliberately or not.2

Thanks that's good to know.
I'll have a look tomorrow - changes to Microsoft/Amazon kindle mean I have to crank up my old laptop.

~~I ordered a couple of things off Amazon just before Xmas and they offered 30 days free Prime so I took it and cancelled Prime on the 26th. If they offer me it again in the future I'll take it and cancel it after a week or two as I only order about 4 to 6 items per year from Amazon, there's no point paying £8.99 per month or £95 per year just to order a maximum of 6 items plus they're putting ads on the video streaming unless you pay another £35.88 per year to go ad free.Someone please tell me what money is2

Isn't Amazon's new 'Try before you buy' a complete different service where you can trial products at home for a limited time period without having to pay. unless you decide to keep them, and if you don't want the items you can just send them back? (similar to the old thing of being able to get sent some mail order products "on approval")rancid-a said:Hi
