Tesco adding items to order - they won't refund.

Hey everyone. Hoping for a bit of advice.
I've searched forums and can see this is a reported issue (tesco claim it isnt) and I then screen recorded myself amending my shop to see items in my checkout email that I wouldn't ad.
I noticed this a while ago, that random bits were getting delivered that I don't order. I'm a super strict eater and follow a pattern. Yesterday 3 bottles of alcohol were delivered with a bunch of other bits.
The guy on the phone claimed "we can see it seems to have upped the quantity"
Issue is I can't drink, and don't drink. And the other bits are stuff I wouldn't add either.
They won't refund it, and I cant return it as I can't get to the delivery store to get them returned.
Any advice? Its really strange that it's happening, its strange they're claiming it definitely isn't a known issue, and then I'm seeing a few dozen posts about this same issue and now have a screen recording of this which they're still claiming is me somehow adding things.

It's easy to accidentally add things and not notice, especially a 'suggested offer' or 'buy again' (where you've said this has happened multiple times) when trying to get to the checkout - at least I've done that before, but always noticed.
Is the total on your screen record different to what's on the order confirmation/you've made changes email? Does it add items on any confirmation email, or just on the receipt? Are the items that showed up unexpectedly definitely on your receipt?
Why didn't you return it to the driver when things you didn't order showed up? They've always been happy to return/refund things with no fuss. If it happens again, refuse the items at the door.
I can't say I've heard of this happening. I used them weekly for years, but admittedly haven't for the past year. I can see a few ways it can have gone wrong, and figuring out where will hopefully lead us to what's happening.

Supermarkets do add stuff in, I think it's a software thing. Make sure that when you go to checkout, you only have the things you have added to the trolley not their offers and sponsored products.-1
