TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-Booking needs to be made a minimum 14 days prior to arrival by emailing marketing@ardencote.com and reservations@ardencote.com

-Dates chosen will be subject to availability.

-If you need to change your reservation, please contact our Reservations team using reservations@ardencote.com before 12pm a minimum of 2 days prior to your arrival and we will be able to transfer your booking to a later date. Any cancellation thereafter will be treated as a no-show.

Please note:

-Access to the outdoor pool and hot tub are not included in this package.

- Spa Treatments and Destination Spa access can only be added to Leisure Break bookings a maximum of 14 days prior to arrival, subject to availability. Destination Spa is an adult only environment (over 18's).

- Ardencote is a cash-free venue, we do not accept cash and all additional items must be paid for, on ordering, by credit or debit card.

- Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. Bookings for the squash/tennis courts are subject to availability.

- Dinner times are automatically pre-booked between 6pm and 9.30pm, subject to restaurant availability.

- Availability to redeem your stay ends on the 31st October 2024.
