Signed up to Vodafone Broadband in July, should've had a voucher from gift cloud by email several weeks ago.

Nothing has materialised, and they're not responding to my emails

Vodafone say it's down to giftcloud but I feel like they're going against consumer rights laws

I have a similar issue. I signed up for fibre broadband a couple of years ago (with another company) and they had a promotion that if I recommended someone who then took it up we would both receive a £50 Amazon gift card, 6 months after the start of their contract. That was over a year ago now and neither of us have received a gift card so I have contacted them about it. I have, at least received an acknowledgement.
