What are my options ? SO and additional property

Hi,
firstly please be kind my personal situation is quite complex and I don’t want to go into details here. But just to say I am very grateful for what I have.

I have a shared ownership property in the south east (25%) share. I live with my 2 adult sons ( one disabled) and I am also disabled.

It would be pretty impossible for either of them to move out anytime soon due to lack of affordable housing locally but for personal reasons I’m really thinking about moving out of the area. We are overcrowded and this is making things slightly more difficult 🤦‍♀️
I  have found a location where the properties are cheaper,  I could buy a 2 bed for a quarter of the price of my current home. But I really don’t want to sell my current home as my boys really need it.

I’m just wondering what possible finance options might be available as I know under normal circumstances the original property would probably revert to a buy to let but that won’t be an option for a SO property.

Thank you in advance
