Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire Mrs Kirkham’s Mature Lancashire is best known for its crumbly-yet-creamy texture (something the Kirkham’s calls “buttery crumble”) this 10-month-old raw-milk Lancashire boasts a punchy, full flavour with tangy notes. It is slightly drier than other Lancashires due to the ageing process, but it has complex flavours which keep developing in your mouth.
