Teacher Qualifications On The Job

Hi all,
I've almost finished my Level 5 Education & Learning course and my school have said if they can offer me a teacher job while doing the teacher training alongside, they will. It's a council run SEN school but they're pretty damn good.
If they can't offer me a place, I'll need to look at other schools however I'm unsure if anywhere else would be as accommodating.
Does anyone know if it's possible to get a role at a new school as an "on the job" teacher in training?
