ASDA - Red wine - get 25% off when buying 6

This may just be me (probably is) but buying any 6 wines here https://groceries.asda.com/event/wine-offers doesnt reduce 25% off!! If you add 6 bottles to the cart, it does reduce by 25%

Not sure what you mean? 

You said it doesn’t reduce by 25% by buying 6 bottles but if you add them to the cart it does? 

Are you saying it doesn’t or it does? Either way, be quick if you’re getting it delivered as ends Sunday

Ugh, sorry, I was half asleep when I posted that. I meant to say "If you add 6 bottles to the cart, it doesnt reduce by 25%"

Agh! Its not working again! It was working, then as I went to checkout it removed the discount. I removed the wine, then tried adding 6 bottles again, and its not applying the discount! There is something not right with this!

Ive just phoned ASDA. I was speaking to a very nice lady who could see my screen as I was adding the wines to my trolley. She is also confused as to why the discount isnt being applied. She is going to speak with a manager and phone me back.
I must say, their Support is good!

Where do you live? Could it be with the minimum pricing for alcohol? You can't add bottles of a certain value & below as after the discount they will be below the min price allowed.

The lady phoned me back. They cant work out why the discount is not being applied. They thought it might get discounted after I paid for the shopping, but it hasnt. (they were on the phone with me during checkout). Shes given me an incident number and said that - when I take delivery and the charge has been made to my card - if it still hasnt discounted I can phone them back and they will give me the equivalent discount as a refund.
So, their Support is really good!

When is it being delivered? Remember the offer ends Sunday so if your delivery is after then. You won’t get it refunded
