thats really cute! just spoke to my god children, one of them seems to be a bit scared at the idea of someone strange coming into their house, ive had to tell them that hes known her parents since they were children so he isnt a stranger. i could hear my friend laughing in the background!!!DFW NERD NO.656 DEBT FREE 24TH NOVEMBER 2010 TOTAL DEBT AUGUST 2007 £39000MFiT T2 NO.56 WE OWN [STRIKE]25%[/STRIKE] 31.5% OF OUR HOUSE SO FAR!0

DS has hardly slept in days, he wasn't impressed by the norad site though as he thought it looked like cartoons and not the real santa - he's getting too suspicious. I still have to move all his stuff from my wardrobe to the lounge and fill his stocking, also I've just remembered his dad gave me some pressies earlier and they are in the boot of my car...soooo glad I don't have my jammies on yet. off to face the frost!Mortgage OP 2026 £640/2000Mortgage balance: £32,222

Presents all wrapped, house tidy(ish!), jammies on, kid in bed watching a dvd. Just waiting for him to fall asleep so I can bring his pressies into the lounge and put under the tree.
Only thing is, I can't find the xmas stockings so I had to tell the kid Santa called and said he'd just leave extra under the tree......:rotfl:

I had a long conversation with mine about the length of her santa list and the fact that he wasnt a millionaire and had lots of children to buy for was told in no uncertain terms that he doesnet BUY the elves make the toys in the special factory at the north pole! She couldnt come with much to my retort that he still had to buy the wood & plastic to make the toys, plus has to feed the elves, reindeer & keep them all warm!!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Well my girls are still awake and not sounding like they will be asleep soon either...
For the first year ever we have been totally organised and all pressies wrapped before my last night shift on the 20th so I have been feeling like a spare part today... with nothing to do
We even had a party with all the neighbours round last night and are still all ready...
Looking forward to the girls finally getting to sleep, fingers crossed.
My son who is now 13 is spending his 1st ever christmas with his dad in Wales, really miss him. But we are having a 2nd christmas day on the 28th once he is home.0
