after dealing with moorcroft who manage some of my debts who say contact them by phone or via their website.

I have found on their website there is no email address , just generic sections you click on which the asks you more questions ,blah ,blah.

so today I phoned them and asked email address please

customers@moorgroup.com.

then include your moorcroft reference number in the letter

Christians Against Poverty solved my debt problem, when all other debt charities failed. Give them a call !! ( You don't have to be a Christian ! )
