Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

 

 

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS	ON-AIR COMPETITION: Entries are restricted to one entry per person. 2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	ON-AIR COMPETITION:   Mechanic: KISS Breakfast presenters, Jordan and Perri have the ultimate bromance, they are inseparable! So who better to set Tyler up for the week on his quest to find listeners from across the Lost ‘United’ Kingdom who can help him form his own brotherhood? On Tuesday 19th December, Jordan and Perri will send Tyler on his quest, where he will have to complete 4 challenges (1 each day). Each daily challenge will relate to a different environment from the Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom film, so we’ll have: Sea – Can Tyler stay in a shark tank for the allotted time? Desert – Can Tyler survive an intense Hot Yoga challenge? Ice – Can Tyler handle an ice bath? Jungle – Tyler will get up close and personal with a snake, but does he have what it takes to answer a series of questions correctly at the same time? If each contestant guesses whether or not Tyler completes each daily challenge correctly then they will win the corresponding prize outlined in Section 5: The Prize. However, if contestants guess incorrectly, they will not be deemed a winner.   Pre-registration for this competition is open from Wednesday 13th December at 00:01 and closes Thursday 21st December at 16:00. Entrants must correctly answer the question on the relevant online page for the chance to be shortlisted.   On being called during the entry period does not mean that the entrant has won, and they will only win on being told they are the winner by the production team each day on the Breakfast Show. The competitions will take place on the following dates:   Tuesday 19th December between 7-11am on the KISS Breakfast Show. Finalists will be chosen on Monday 18th December at 16:00 Wednesday 20th December between 7-11am on the KISS Breakfast Show. Finalists will be chosen on Tuesday 19th December at 16:00 Thursday 21st December between 7-11am on the KISS Breakfast Show. Finalists will be chosen on Wednesday 20th December at 16:00 Friday 22nd December between 7-11am on the KISS Breakfast Show. Finalists will be chosen on Thursday 21st December at 16:00   The chosen contestant will join Jordan and Perri each morning between Tuesday 19th December and Friday 22nd December during the KISS Breakfast Show from 7-11am and will determine whether or not Tyler has completed one of the four challenges each day. The entries who are selected as the winners will win the corresponding prize (Outlined in Section 5: The Prize) The first name and hometown of the selected contestants will be read out on-air. There will be four (4) winners announced on-air between Tuesday 19th December and Friday 22nd December during the KISS Breakfast Show from 7am-11am. There will be one winner each day.   ONLINE COMPETITION: There will be one winner of the Competition. The winner will be selected from all those that correctly answer the competition question on the relevant online page. All valid entries will be pooled and the online winner will be chosen by electronic random draw on Wednesday 27th December (competition ends at 23:59 on Friday 22nd December)
3. ENTRY PERIOD	ON-AIR COMPETITION: Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: Pre-registration will open from Wednesday 13th December 00:01 (the “Start Time”) until Thursday 21st December at 16:00 (“End Time”). The on-air competition will be during the KISS Breakfast show between 07:00 – 11:00* from Tuesday 19th December and Friday 22nd December 2023 *The specific times of the on-air competition will be announced by the presenter during the show (7am-11am). Only upon being announced a winner on air will the contestant be deemed a winner. All final decisions remain with the KISS Breakfast team. Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. If an entrant is successfully deemed a winner, the team will be in touch with them within 28 working days to arrange delivery of the prize. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. • Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. • We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
