Insurance for a garden room (which isn't a bog standard outbuilding)

Hello
We've had a bespoke garden room built (concrete base, timber frame, with external cladding, insulated, power) that we use as a bar/lounge so its got a sofa, TV, vinyl collection, electric fire, bar, fridge and some other bits and pieces but I'm struggling to get it insured!
Insurance companies class it as an 'outbuilding'. Because it has locks, you get double the usual unlocked shed content cover which doesn't anywhere near cover it. There would also be the cost of rebuilding it if there was a fire for example.
Given there has been a boom in these over recent years I can't understand why home insurers don't recognise them.
Has anyone else got one and can recommend an insurer please?

Rebuild shouldn't be an issue for most perils, your only issue would be subsidence as often it requires the main property to be damaged too.
What is the total value of the contents? What's the most expensive single item?
Normally those aimed at rural communities (NFU) or the more well off (Hiscox) tend to have better coverage for outbuildings.1
