Built under double oven query - where is the top oven element?

Hi,
I'm looking to replace a single built under oven with a double built under oven, possibly a HISENSE BID75211BGUK.
In the top oven cavity, it clearly has a grill element at the top, but do these types of double ovens have a separate element in the top cavity for when using it as a traditional oven? If it's the same element as used for grilling wouldn't that just grill everything?

I think there is an element in the bottom as well, though it doesn't look like it has a fan. The grill element will only activate on certain settings.

The oven element is in the base.
It's difficult to find a built under double oven with a fan in the smaller top one.1
