Sounds like some confusion, ask the Lender, or your Broker if you are using one.

Has the valuation been carried out?
If so when?
If those 3 weeks have been a case of nothing happening, then they need a chase. They have recently switched systems so it could be yours has slipped between the cracks. If those 3 weeks have been back and forth than yours may just be a little quirky and need some extra work.

Valuation was done 6 days in and came back fine there has been a lot of back and fourth with extra documents etc the broker has been chasing and they just say there working through the pile, the broker did also inform us of a system change. Thank you for help0
