NatWest mortgage offer

Hi does anyone know the current wait times for NatWest to offer for self employment?

    Sounds like some confusion, ask the Lender, or your Broker if you are using one.

    (Worth noting if you are self employed, at this time of year they will be looking for your 2022/2023 figures)

    Has the valuation been carried out? 
    If so when?

    If those 3 weeks have been a case of nothing happening, then they need a chase. They have recently switched systems so it could be yours has slipped between the cracks. If those 3 weeks have been back and forth than yours may just be a little quirky and need some extra work.

  • Valuation was done 6 days in and came back fine there has been a lot of back and fourth with extra documents etc the broker has been chasing and they just say there working through the pile, the broker did also inform us of a system change.  Thank you for help
