Could I lose my job?

Will I lose my job? I am very worried. I received acomplaint about my work from a member of the public. Imade mistakes I admit that. I got a meeting with mymanager next week to discuss it. In my role we do getcomplaints. Now I am worried that I may get others andget fired

Impossible to know, but if you don't have a history of making mistakes/being complained about, it seems a bit unlikely that you'd be fired for a first offence unless it was very serious. If you've been employed for at least two years by your current employer, then they would have to follow a proper process if they did want to dismiss you.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Unfortunately you won't know until after your meeting.  No point in worrying about something you can't control.  Explain what happened and wait and see.
