Selling concert tickets from Ticket Factory

I need to sell some concert tickets and it says on their website to use their partner Twickets to sell. I’ve never sold any before, but looks like I could get more for them on eg Viagogo.
Do Ticket Factory have bots which spot people selling them elsewhere? I’ve always paid over the odds when I’ve bought tickets, and don’t want to rip anyone off, but if there’s an option for me to make a few extra quid, then it would obviously be a better option.
I just wondered if anyone has done this successfully with Ticket Factory tickets please?
