Ex-employer being very very slow paying pension?

he actually scheme is with Scottish Widows but despite the fact that they're paying me, they can't find any record of me on their systems! If SW are the trustees and administrators (e.g. a stakeholder, personal pension or SIPP) then they would have your details. If its a COMP/CIMP (occupational pension) then usually SW would not be the administrators or trustees and they would not do the work. They would just be used for processing, with the professional administrators handing the input and instructions. You could be just a sub-reference under the DC occupational DC scheme.
