ASDA Complaint E-mail Address

Would someone be able to give me an e-mail address that I can use to send a complaint to ASDA please? I have phoned their customer service number several times, their advice was look online!
I did eventually find the following address customer.services@asda.co.uk but it was returned with a link to their ASDA Help Centre to provide feedback which is not appropriate for my complaint.
Thank you in advance.

Why not just fill out the feedback form, put 'Complaint' as a header in the text box then write in there what you would put in an email?1

There's nothing to stop you emailing the CEO directly - most companies have a department to handle executive complaints and you generally get a better response that way.

Asda CS is hit and miss! Its an offshore service and I have found that their knowledge directory was their own website, the staff have access to no more than that. But when it comes to putting things right in relation to store experience, they certainly do try.Sheldrake123 said:Would someone be able to give me an e-mail address that I can use to send a complaint to ASDA please? So much to read, so little time.1 -
Why not go the snail mail route with an old fashioned letter sent 1st class signed for?
I may have to if Asda do not respond to me on Twitter (X) via direct messages as my latest online shop did not arrive yet I got a 'delivered' email! Customer service assured me it was on the way!0 -
Latest email address for Asda Complaints is: asda_executive_relations@mailln.custhelp.com2

Would help if you clarify which part of Asda or give some background to the complaint? Doubt there is much point going to the supermarket part of the business to complain about the fact you couldn't receive calls on your Asda Mobile whilst on holiday.Sheldrake123 said:Would someone be able to give me an e-mail address that I can use to send a complaint to ASDA please?
