Automated stupidity of Delay/Repay

Thanks. Excluding weekends, Xmas & New Year I make it 60 working days since I first complained so I'll be off to write to the ombudsman in the morning.0

I read that advice wrong. While it's 60 working days since I submitted my delay/repay claim it's only eight since I complained about no response. Allowing for Easter holidays it's going to be April 9th before I can take my case to the ombudsman - over FOUR MONTHS since submitting my claim.SiliconChip said:I think you need to spend a bit of time on the Rail Ombudsman site, I'd suggest this page https://www.railombudsman.org/making-a-complaint/complaints-we-can-investigate/ which clearly says:40 working days must have passed since you first complained to the service provider or you must have received a “deadlock” letter
Edit: Finally got through to complaints department who have accepted my claim and will pay within next two weeks.0
