Have you checked to the to see if they are a participating store as I believe it's only certain regions? The list can be found here:

Not all these daily Spar competitions have the same store list. But KJ has kindly posted the list for this specific competition. The places I've claimed from before are always confused, if they have the PayPoint option they'll usually do it from that.

Other options should be on the bottom of the voucher.

Thanks for the help but sadly on the last spin my local was on the list but the workers were foreign who barely spoke & just went thou the motion with each customer, “pump 4, £56 next!” Etc
