The participating stores seem to be across most of the country for the current competition, rather than just a particular area, so I'm guessing that most people taking part in the competition will be able to use the vouchers that they win...

...Saying that, I might as well join the party and say that I would also gratefully accept any unwanted vouchers that people are not going to be using. Thanks
