Is Martins Money Tips a Scam?

I just got an email from mse@martinsmoneytips...... promoting a Citibank savings bond.
It looks genuine, but my instincts tell me it's a scam.

The only emails I ever get are weekly, from msemoneytips@email.moneysavingexpert.com
So yes, delete it.0 -
The MSE email comes from moneysavingexpert.com
I wouldn't touch that with a bargepole and MSE official email always tells you Martin/MSE never endorse any bonds or investments, the language alone is telling it's either AI or written by someone with a somewhat limited grasp of English. MSE emails are written in simple, easy to understand terms, not this flowery nonsense

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

If this can be traced back to Citibank I suspect a letter from Martin's solicitor will follow0
