Don't throw away your sprout trimmings - make soup!

This is really frugal - don't throw away all those outer leaves when you trim up the sprouts for Christmas dinner - make some soup, I tried it - it's delicious and cheap!
And I guess you could also make it with left over sprouts and reduce the cooking time a bit - and save even more money. Found the recipe HERE
