ACAS

I need to speak to ACAS for advice, but they're not accepting calls anymore (though their website states that you can call).  I've tried an alternative number that looks like its linked to their offices, but that states they're closed.  No email address is given on the website, and the only online form I seem to be able to find is for their training sessions.  Does anyone know how else I can contact them, please?  I don't even know if writing to any of their offices would work as their website obviously isn't up to date as it states you can call, so I can't be sure the addresses are current.

They’re not accepting calls because they’re busy. They may well have a system that cuts off after a certain number of calls are in the queue. You probably need to keep trying at different times of day and be prepared for a long time on hold.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Try calling again, and if that doesn't work, use events@acas.org.uk to contact by email
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

It is often a good idea with many organisations to call as soon as the lines open before the queues start to build up, as the ACAS number is available between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday - Friday I'd try them at 8 tomorrow morning - it might be worth trying a few minutes before 8 just in case any of the agents has started work early.
