Re question 10, is it important in the question/answer that the Christmas Cake belongs to Tom Cruise and there should be an apostrophe between the e and the s?

I don't think the cake belongs to more than one Tom Cruise or that he is going on a boat trip round the cake but is this important when entering the answer?

Hiya, I think it doesn't matter as obviously it hasn’t got an apostrophe in the crossword but if you want to add one it’d be Tom Cruise’s cake.
