Winner management

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable;
No cash alternative is available;
Prize is subject to availability;
Prize is valid for 6 months from the date of notification of winning, and must be booked and completed within that time frame;
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred dates no later than six weeks in advance;
Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended;
Prize is for 1 winner and up to 25 guests; It is advised that there is 1 adult to every 10 children under 18 years old, ratio may be adjusted depending on the ages of the guests and it is the responsibility of the winner to ensure adequate supervision of any children attending;
The official BBFC rating is 12A and it is responsibility of all those attending to adhere to this restriction;
Winners will be offered a selection of available screening rooms in their chosen location within mainland UK by prize provider;
Schedule restrictions will apply and may vary depending on location, peak times (evenings and weekends) may not be available, central London cinemas are excluded;
The prize excludes transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas any other expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize;
Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions and it is the responsibility of all attendees to adhere to this.
