Uhome LFP 2400 Battery

Good Morning,
I had a Solar system installed this year comprising Luxpower Hybrid Inverter LXP-3.6K, and 2 x Uhome LFP 2400 batteries. All working well.
I obtained 2 new Uhome 2400 batteries and with the help of the technical support, and the manual for settings they were installed. Unfortunately the 2 new batteries never charged. I then noticed using the Uhome App that the batteries were at different charge states, so I set each individual battery to a Master, connected and charged. All charged bar 1 of the new ones. I can now get 3 batteries connected in Parallel and charging. The 4th battery is now set to Master and connected, the app shows a charge of 33w going to the battery, but after an overnight it's still just showing 1% SOC. The battery is online, and all the reports in Uhome app for it are OK. Only thing I've noticed is the working batteries are showing a voltage of 51.6v but the one not working shows 48.9%.
Would these batteries have a BCM that would have gone flat in storage? Any ideas on how to Kickstart it into life?
