hi, i tried several times too with @ gmx,com , and again last night, but i also did with another email @ ntlworld,com and within a minute on the NTL i had a welcome message, but still nothing with GMX,
and today i got a link to play, so they're obviously blocking some domains, if you've got another email other than your main comping one i'd give that a go, GL2
