Hi,
My son is being bought a Magimix Gelato Expert mahine for christmas.
I am wanting to buy the ingredients, ready for him to use it Christmas Day.
Would anyone have a recipe for Vanilla Ice cream?
It seems there is no recipe book but an app that can be downloaded with a QR code. But the QR code doesnt seem to be available without opening the box.

I don't have your particular machine, but an older Italian icecream maker. The recipes for vanilla icecream are basically milk, double cream, vanilla pod if you want to be posh, vanilla extract if you don't (don't buy vanilla flavouring which is cheap and nasty), caster sugar and some recipes will have egg in them as an optional item.
