Promoter and participants

1. The Promoter is Secret Escapes Ltd, (registered in the commercial register for England and Wales under number 07026107) 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD (the “Promoter”).
2. SWISS International Airlines Ltd will provide a part of the prize. SWISS International Airlines Ltd, Malzgasse 15, Basel, Basel 4052, Switzerland, Company number FC023455 (“SWISS”).
3. All entrants (“Participants”) must be Great Britain and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 or over.
4. Employees of Secret Escapes, their affiliated companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion and the sponsorship are not eligible to enter.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted in the competition.
6. Participation in the prize draw is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
7. By entering this prize draw, all participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions unless notified otherwise in writing.
8. Secret Escapes reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if these conditions of participation are violated. If necessary, the prize will be subsequently cancelled and reclaimed.

Participation at the prize draw

1. To enter this prize draw, Participants are asked to fill out a short questionnaire at the Promoter’s website (https://mp.secretescapes.com/uk/2023/swiss/competition/) providing the information about their name and e-mail address.
2. The prize draw starts at 09:00 UK time on [10/11/2023] (“Entry Date“) and ends at 23:59 UK time on [06/02/2024] (“Close Date“) All entries must be received between the Entry Date and the Close Date.
3. Incomplete, invalid or inappropriate entries, or entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to win.

Data protection and usage of data

1. Participants agree to be contacted by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw. The identification and contact details collected as part of this campaign, such as first and last names, as well as the e-mail address provided will be processed exclusively for the purpose of organising and running the prize draw. The data will be deleted after the prize draw has been carried out and statutory retention periods have been fulfilled.
2. All data processing is carried out in accordance with the description in Secret Escapes' privacy policy. You can view this at any time at www.secretescapes.com/privacy-policy.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to publish name, town and county of the Winner or to publicise any prize giving presentation after the date of the draw. If the Winner does not wish such details to be published, they must advise the Promoter at time of being notified that they have won.
4. Where you opt-in to receive marketing communications from SWISS by providing them with your details when you entered this competition, you will receive such communications from SWISS about their products and services. SWISS will hold your personal data in accordance with the terms of its privacy policy. The prize and the draw

1. The Winner will be drawn at random at the end of the prize draw by Secret Escapes from all submissions received between the Entry Date and the Close Date. (“Winner“).
2. The Winner will be contacted via email by Secret Escapes to the Winner’s email address with the next steps of how to claim the Prize.
3. The Prize available will consist of the following:

   The Winner will be awarded

   • a Hotel stay for 2 people for 4 nights, at Cervo Mountain Resort with Room category Alpinist L (upgrade upon availability) subject to the clauses below.
   • Swiss International Air Lines Vouchers to book flights for 2 people subject to the clauses below.
   • Travel expenses up to a value of £1,000, which need to be claimed back from the Promoter by presenting receipts.

   (hereinafter jointly referred to as “Prize“ or “Prizes“)
4. Check-in at the Hotel is only possible on a Sunday and Monday. The following dates are not available for the Hotel stay (“Black-out dates“): 17.12.2023 - 07.01 2024, 10.02.2024 - 24.02.2024, 08.04.2024 - 16.06.2024 (Prize can not be redeemed on these dates). Please also note that as of 23rd September until December 2024 the CERVO Mountain Resort is open as Nomad by CERVO 4* Resort. The Hotel stay is subject to availability and the Black-out dates apply over all UK bank holidays, as well as the booking terms and conditions of the Hotel which can be viewed at www.secretescapes.com/terms-and-conditions. The Hotel stays must be completed by 31/12/2024.
5. SWISS will provide flight vouchers per email with a total amount up to £400 per person (“Vouchers“). Those Vouchers can only be redeemed on Swiss.com for the payment of flight bookings. The value of the Vouchers must match the value of the flights booked. If the value of the Vouchers exceed the price of the flight, the remaining amount cannot be used for other bookings or be reclaimed as is therefore lost. If the value of the Vouchers is lower that the selected price, the balance must be paid by credit card by the Participant. Up to three flight Vouchers can be redeemed for one booking. The value of the Vouchers cannot be reclaimed, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. The Vouchers can only be redeemed on flights operated by SWISS that have an LX number (LX1-2999). Codeshare flights (LX3000-9999) are excluded. Booking The Vouchers must be redeemed against a booking within one year from the date of issuance of the Vouchers (“Booking period”). The Vouchers shall expire with no right to redemption by the last day of the Booking period. The booked flight is subject to the fare regulations which can be seen when booking on www.swiss.com. The Vouchers cannot be redeemed for additional services such as advance seat reservation or extra luggage. Unless additional services are added during the booking process of the flights. By redeeming the Vouchers and purchasing a ticket, a contract of carriage is created between the respective Winner and SWISS. The SWISS terms and conditions of carriage apply. 6. In the event of circumstances beyond our control the Promoter is not responsible for delays in travel.
7. The Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be substituted for the Prizes on offer. In the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value.
8. The Winner must claim the Prize no later than 7 days after the Winner has been informed.
9. If the Winner rejects or fails to claim the Prize on time in accordance with §4.8 the Prize may be awarded to other Participants at the absolute and sole discretion of the promoter.
