drafty came back with the CCA agreement in an email, not via postman.is that legally allowed?

it is complete.i asked any settlement offers, they said 30% off.in an email offer valid for 30 days , mark as partially settled.
it's only £73 after discount.CRS are offering this as its them collecting the account for drafty.its 22 months old and not on credit report as it's a payday loan.
should I pay.my fear is if I need a DRO in the future will this go against me if I pay this off .
I have the savings in my emergency pot.£750 as I stopped paying creditors when I posted all my CCA letters to them. 5 weeks ago.

they also said they will accept £5 a month i offered if I carry on via reduced payments.

an unusual thing is all correspondence I have ever got from drafty or my credit solutions has been emails referring me to their websites.never had any letters in the post ,ever.
was lucky I checked emails today to see the CCA agreement had been emailed.

I don't know what the legal position is, but they have shown they have access to the CCA so they could use it to take legal action, although I'm not sure they would want to bother for such a small amount. I'd probably try and get them down to 50% and get rid of it.

Payday loans do show on credit reports although not necessarily on all of them. I have over 30 showing on my Credit Karma report (I was in a very bad position 6 years ago but thankfully I've now turned things right round)

Potentially, but it depends on why and when you made the payment.
