try going back to the norad site and clicking on the download santa tracker as well (you need google earth and then to run the santa tracker - if that makes sense.)0
-
Go to the norad track santa website again and click the download santa bit will download a KMl file, click run and it will open GE automaticallyCymru Am Byth0

on my google earth, there is a box at the top which says that santa tracking is on, but I can't see anything different about the screen other than normal google earth. Can anyone help?
edit: just solved it, the latest version of GE hadn't installed itself via norad website - I had to go to GE and download the updates from there.0 -
Whats the latest version of GE as when I click on download santa tracker - nothing happens0

I had to go onto google earth website itself, click on 'download' in the same way as if i had never installed it before, it then downloaded an updated version of GE, took about 3-4 mins. Then I went back to NORAD, clicked on the google earth link, then I could see the gift icon and santa's sleigh as it tracked around google earth. Hope that makes sense. Just clicking on the 'update google earth' from the NORAd site didn't work for me.0

I've found that zooming out slightly shows santa and his sleigh, after each swoop.0
