Northern Ireland private car park fine

I borrowed my husbands car and parked in M&S, did my shopping and was less than ten mins over the allotted time and my husband got a fine through the door. We ignored it as were told this cannot be legally enforced and also it was me driving my husbands car and the fine was addressed to him, something which I thought was an issue in NI as the driver of car (me) was not named in the fine.

Anyway it went to resolvecall and they with a warning letter have called to our house. He was not in but they left a card. I’m absolutely terrified and have worked so hard over the years to reduce serious debt and don’t want this to affect mortgages etc. Could anyone offer advice on what happens next?
