The only think I can think is that nationwide are trying to fill their boots at the minute and that is helping.
But keep us in the loop, it helps me as well. Which in turn helps my customers.
Quick update. application submitted 11/04/24 mortgage offer issued 18/04/24 which really shocked me at the speed of it. At time of application history was Debt relief order was 3 years 10 month discharged with 2 defaults left on file. 90%ltv really pleased it went through without going down the sub prime route. Hope the conveyancing goes as smooth
