M&S Sparks Delivery Pass Offer Problems

Has anyone else had a problem activating an M&S Sparks Delivery Pass Offer? I received a promotional email from M&S on Friday inviting me to purchase a £25 annual Delivery Pass as a Sparks offer. Despite repeated efforts to click on the link provided, it won't work. Also, the Delivery Pass offer does not appear on my Sparks Offers page.
Having rung M&S Customer Services to no avail, I am wondering if anyone has had the same experience and whether it is a technical problem their end?
Customer Services have been abysmal passing me from pillar to post, including for some reason, M&S Bank twice! So far I have made a total of 4 lengthy phone calls to numbers they provided and on the last occasion was put on hold for 11 minutes, then disconnected...
I would be most grateful for any (helpful) comments.
Thank you.

Thanks Sarah. It's the first time I've ever posted on a forum and I wasn't sure whether I'd clicked on the correct topic. My apologies for any inconvenience.0
