I have a HMCTS Tribunal v. CMS and ex-husband. Do I need to be represented? Or do I represent myself?
Any experience would be very helpful. I have been waiting 15 months for this hearing.
It relates to non-disclosure of income.

You don't really need to be represented as the people leading the tribunal will be the ones asking the questions - it's somewhat different to a court appearance. You should have submitted your evidence and made your arguments already so it's really just down to the tribunal to examine the evidence and see what facts can be established.
If you aren't financially literate you might want to look at bringing someone with you that is, but it's not necessary.
Just set your expectations because unless you have documentary evidence that shows income that isn't being disclosed then it's very difficult to establish just from hearsay or whatever.
I was grilled quite extensively on my income and sources of funds and whether i reported things correctly but in the end the tribunal found that I was fine.
As the receiving party I don't think you will have much input really so probably not much to stress about other than if they dont find in your favour.1
